From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530
BuildID: 2002053012

Mozilla puts scrollbars on window , but actually it's not necessary, because
it's enough of space to show shat is needed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.takas.lt/aqua/video.php
2.Click on TV picture
3.Wait for popup window to appear and see what scrollbars do (and are they
necessary at all )

Actual Results: Scrollbars appeared.

Expected Results: Scrollbars didn't have to appear.

I used mozilla 1.1 beta few days ago and i visited mentioned web page then,
everything worked well ( it's written in mozilla page that 1.0 version is that,
which most frequently worked, but this problem doesn't say so.

The latest version is Mozilla 1.1b. If you have used it as you state in your
report and it worked fine then there's nothing to fix.
Mozilla 1.0 did have a lot of bugs that have been fixed in 1.1b and once they
have been fixed, they can't be fixed again.
