Reftest output appears to look like either a layout bug, or a screenshot being taken too early.

It's not clear to me why it only seems to occur on WR + Windows, and only on this test.

Try run of m-c with that test marked as PASSing to enable seeing the intermittent failure in the reftest analyzer:
