User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/79.0.3945.117 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

tried to whitelist an email address that got stuck in junk folder of webmail

Actual results:

I get a strange little pop up with no use or sense whenI try to enter in account settings. Same thing with trying to join chat...

Expected results:

Should have reached account settings like always with incoming server, outgoing stmp etc etc...

I tried to join the chat but the same strange little pop up blocked me... also a second window suggesting I have a wrong password (impossible)...

Sounds like a support issue. Someone will help you, but for now we will close this.
(not a security issue)

strange little useless pop up blocking log in to account settings

That s the account settings, for reasons I do not understand it is shrunk to about the size of the account actions button. Grab the bottom right corner of the dialog with your mouse and drag it to size so you can actually see the contents.

Unless you are somehow synchronizing your contacts to the web site, adding the address to Thunderbird contacts will not whitelist anything in webmail. Adding them to Thunderbird contacts will affect Thunderbird junk filters, but not those of your provider.

You need to log in before you can comment on or make changes to this bug.
