As part of the Fenix Gecko pageload experiment and bug 1591725, we are planning to do a 50/50 rollout of two separate apks, in order to simulate an A/B test.

This will happen ~1/27, but filing this bug early in case any more discussion needs to happen. I will update the build numbers to promote once we get closer to the release date.

3.2.0 builds [20250236, 20250238, 20250237, 20250235] - please promote these to 1% on 1/27 (or a day or so after, whenever is convenient) and confirm in-bug.

So the entire schedule would be:
1/27 - 3.2.0 builds promoted to 1%
1/28 (or 1 day after, if not working 1/27) - bump to 3.2.0 builds to 50%
1/29 - bump 3.2.0 builds to 100% AND start rollout of 3.2.1 [ 20250349, 20250352, 20250351, 20250350] to 1%
1/30 - bump 3.2.1 build to 50%

After that, we will keep 3.2.0 and 3.2.1 at 50/50 until the 3.3 release.

Yes, 3.2 is more stable than 3.1 and due to the delayed schedule, we are fine starting 3.2 rollout now.
