'gecko-cron' needs to be set in projects.yml for comm-beta and comm-esr68 so that the hooks for in-tree actions will rebuild when updating .taskcluster.yml on those repos. Additionally as noted in bug 1503894, 'parent-repo' needs to be set correctly as well.
