User says it happens in safe mode, as soon as they go to the site, and it happens in a fresh Firefox profile. User is using a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012).
I am unable to reproduce the issue on my personal Macbook Air.

I'm guessing from the original screenshot that the user may have an old, incompatible version of Helvetica installed locally - maybe one that has migrated from a much older installation - and this is leading to some kind of confusion.
(Can't really investigate the screenshot from comment 2, as the page I see when I go to https://www.reddit.com/r/milwaukee/ looks quite different from what's shown there. But it might also be about Helvetica.)
