User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:72.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/72.0
Steps to reproduce:
Followed the instructions here:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/calendar-updates-issues-thunderbird#w_lightning-disappears-after-a-thunderbird-update-release-and-beta-versions
"Calendar updates issues with Thunderbird"
Actual results:
The Lightning calendar reappeared after following the instructions. However, the fix is not persistent. Next time I use Thunderbird, I need to repeat those instructions. After the first time it becomes tedious.
Expected results:
The Lightning calendar should start automatically when Thunderbird starts.

What version of Thunderbird are you using?
The extension does not appear in the Add-ons manager after the fix?

The problem with Thunderbird v68 and Lightning was never resolved.
Recently updated to v72.2 which includes an integrated calendar and does not manifest the same problem.
I'm a happy customer once more: thanks!
