Steps to reproduce:

Visit website that is using cookie set with SameSite=None attribute, when looking in DevTools the value is shown as Unset but network trace clearly shows that SameSite=None is in the Set-Cookie HTTP Header. Verified same result on Firefox 72.0.1 on Ubuntu and 72.0.2 on Windows 10.

Actual results:

Devtools shows the SameSite attribute as Unset

Expected results:

Devtools should show SameSite value as None
