Steps to reproduce:

In the latest version of Firefox on MacOS 10.14.6, the foxproxy proxy plug-in is used to open the proxy and close the cover of the MacBook Pro, leaving Firefox unable to access any pages when awakened, even if the proxy is closed.

Actual results:

Firefox unable to access any pages when my macbookpro awakened

Expected results:

Firefox should be accessing the Internet as usual when I wake up my MacBook Pro

I was NOT able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.14 with Firefox version Firefox version Nightly 74.0a1 (2020-01-29) - Beta 73.0b10 - Release 72.0.2.

@209081578@qq.com Could you please try on our latest Nightly build (you can download it here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/). Also please try with a NEW PROFILE.
