Junk status flag not removed when removing mail from Junk folder

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:73.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/73.0
Steps to reproduce:
Thunderbird 68.4.2 (64-Bit) on Ubuntu 19.10
- Press "j" to mark an email as junk
- The email goes to Junk folder
- Press CTRL+Z to restore the email back (ore drag manually it back with the mouse)
Actual results:
When putting back the email in the Inbox the junk flag is still there
Expected results:
When putting back the email in the Inbox the junk flag should be removed

Reporter, do you see this issue when using version 78?
Whiteboard: [dupme?] → [closeme 2021-03-20]
(I am not using tbird since then but have resinstalled it to test again this issue).
Tested again on 78.8.0 (64-bit) and the behaviour described is still there (maybe it's the intended behaviour? Feel free to close this bug, in case)
