1611783 - Junk status flag not removed when removing mail from Junk folder

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:73.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/73.0

Steps to reproduce:

Thunderbird 68.4.2 (64-Bit) on Ubuntu 19.10

• Press "j" to mark an email as junk
• The email goes to Junk folder
• Press CTRL+Z to restore the email back (ore drag manually it back with the mouse)

Actual results:

When putting back the email in the Inbox the junk flag is still there

Expected results:

When putting back the email in the Inbox the junk flag should be removed

Reporter, do you see this issue when using version 78?

(I am not using tbird since then but have resinstalled it to test again this issue).

Tested again on 78.8.0 (64-bit) and the behaviour described is still there (maybe it's the intended behaviour? Feel free to close this bug, in case)
