This should be done after we migrate the tooltool bucket to CloudOps. The code we need is already live, we just need to set these variables and redeploy:
CLOUDFRONT_URL
CLOUDFRONT_KEY_ID
CLOUDFRONT_PRIVATE_KEY

Assignee: nobody → oremj

We decided not to move forward here. oremj says the cost is low enough that Cloudfront isn't beneficial. I also looked at transfer times, and even west coast to east coast transfers are very quick (2s to fetch a ~350MB file) -- so I don't think there's any need to use Cloudfront for that purpose.
