None. This is the standard operation.
Actual results:
Even though you can swipe to scroll, using the scrollbar is sometimes useful on the mobile app. I recently upgraded from a flat-screened phone to a Samsung S10+ with the curving glass screen (which is a piss-poor design from a functional perspective!). In order to stop constant rogue launching of apps or unwanted interactions with running apps while simply holding the phone, there is a dead zone along the left and right edges which make it impossible to grab the current scrollbar handle which falls within this zone. The scrollbar width needs to be widened to make it at all useful.
This narrow scrollbar is also problematic on the desktop version of Firefox running on my Xubuntu 19.10 system (Ver. 72.0..1). The real generalized solution here is to allow the user to set the width of the scrollbar to create a comfortable and usable UI. Then provide an option in the Settings to adjust this.
And while providing such an android setting, also provide one to place the scrollbar on the left side for the left-handed among us!
And when the scrollbar is on the left, have Firefox properly identify the actual origin coordinates of the content container. There are a number of apps that get the coordinates wrong when there is a left scrollbar. uBlock Origin is one example where the highlight for items to block is placed too far left by the scrollbar width!

I consider this a defect and not an enhancement since the scrollbar is unreachable on many phones of this design.

Yes, I commented on the left-side scrollbar issue at that bug report a couple of times going back a year! :-)
That was just a secondary comment. I hope you will still consider the issue of widening the handle to facilitate dragging. Regards.
