I think this version might be it.
It addresses some important issues Joel brought up (comment #9 and on IRC) and
resulted in much cleaner code. Plus I found an architectural issue I had
missed.

clearing milestone on all DUPLICATE/WONTFIX/WORKSFORME/INVALID so they'll show
up as untriaged if they get reopened. "Jiminy Cricket!" for the filters (and I
don't care if it's spelled wrong ;)
