Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Firefox
2. Go to amazon.com (or https://www.amazon.co.jp)
3. Reach the login form and save one set of credentials
4. Reload the login form

Expected:
The username field should be autofilled with the saved username

Actual:
The username field should be autofilled with the saved username and the autocomplete dropdown with the same username is also displayed.

Regression-Range:
Not a regression. It can be reproduced back to FX66. Probably a site change issue.
