Details
Create serialiser tests for the plaintext serialiser taking format=flowed and delsp=yes into account.
Create serialiser tests for the HTML serialiser taking "pretty printing" into account (nsIDocumentEncoder::OutputFormatted). Alternative: Use M-C HTML serialiser which in the future may not support pretty printing and send HTML parts with CTE base64.
