The command "Delete folder" doesn't work, even if there are not any mails in it.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. choose a folder
2. use the "delete folder" command
Actual Results: nothing happens
Expected Results: folder should be deleted

I think I remember there was a patch related to a bug like this since 21st of
July, or am I wrong ?
resolving as dup of bug 160004, fixed on July 30th
