Similarly to bug 1608427, where we made fuzzing builds only run on full autoland pushes, we should figure out if there are other builds for which we can do the same.

From a quick look, maybe, some of the Android builds, the shippable builds, some of the Aarch builds. The script I'm working on for bug 1612544 might help deciding.

I think we've done a lot on this in the past few months. plain, eme, gcp, and some other types of builds have been reduced to every 10 or 25 pushes.
