TSan is generally slower than regular builds (even ASan) and we will have to disable tests under TSan that run unreasonably slow (leading to timeouts) or consume too much memory. In most cases, these tests will already be disabled on other slow platforms/configs (so far I have seen ASan, AArch64, Android and Debug skips in correlation), but there are also tests that run on all of these and still run really slow on TSan.
This bug will serve as a cover-all bug to sprinkle skip-if = tsan on some tests. If anyone has a better idea how to do this (short term), let me know :)
