Steps to reproduce:
reinstalled Firefox signed with my Firefox id
Actual results:
not syncing bookmarks ,themes or tabs
Expected results:
would have my bookmarks,themes and tabs back that were in my previous Firefox

Thanks for the report, and for attaching the error log!
This log shows that Firefox thinks it has successfully synced your bookmarks, tabs etc, so it doesn't offer any clues about what might have happened here.
When you reinstalled Firefox and signed back in, did you by any chance reset the password on your Firefox Account? Due to the way that Firefox Sync encrypts your browsing data before sending it to Mozilla, resetting the account password causes the encrypted data on the server to be lost. Unfortunately this is the most common reason why folks report Firefox Sync losing their data, so I'd like to check that first.
