My two issues are 1) i can no longer log into bugzilla as 2fa has been enabled and i dont have that set up (and also cant remember my password) 2) how can i merge that so i can use it with hmanilla@mozilla.com.
Thank you.

Hi Miroslava,
I can not find an account associated with isb4bomsy@gmail.com -- can you please confirm if this is the old/original account that you needed to be merged?
Can you also please confirm which account needs a password reset or 2FA disabled?
Thank you

the account is b4bomsy@gmail.com
Zeid. So in this case no 2fa needs to be disabled. Just do the merge script from the gmail to the mozilla account.

Thanks Hubert -- can you please create a new account in Phabricator with your new Mozilla account and let us know? We will need to then adjust your account in Phabricator then merge the two together on Bugzilla.

Ok sorry for the confusion. What is happening is, you have in the past logged into Phabricator using the b4bomsy@gmail.com account and it was linked to Bugzilla in the Phabricator database. Then at a later time, you logged into Phabricator using the hmanilla@mozilla.com account which is also linked to your Bugzilla account of the same email in the Phabricator database. The script we use will not work properly if the old email account has a link to Phabricator. Ideally only the destination email account should have the link setup.
Are you able to login to Phabricator using the b4bomsy@gmail.com account (using your Bugzilla credentials)? If so we can fix this easily by going to Settings -> External Accounts in Phabricator, and deleting the Bugzilla link. Settings is there when you click on your avatar icon in the top right. You remove the linkage by clicking the X to the far right where is says BMO Auth Delegation.
Let me know if this is possible?

Sorry i forgot about this.. i just tried phabricator now, for some reason the b4bomsy@gmail.com account does not seem to exist anymore. I'm not sure what can be done at this point, but if its no longer possible to link, its fine with me.

The account in Phabricator that has the b4bomsy@gmail.com associated with it is HubertBManilla
https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/p/HubertBManilla
We can merge the accounts in BMO but not in Phabricator. So after we did the BMO merge, we would just disable the account in Phabricator for HubertBManilla and then you would create a new Phabricator account (if not done already) and then your mozilla.com account in BMO would be linked with the other Phab account.
