This bug is splited from bug 160547.
Build: 08-05 branch build and Shanjian's test build in bug 160547.
If a CJK encoding html page which contains some single byte and double byte
puntuations inside a table cell or outside a table, in some cases the line
doesn't break in the correctly position.

The above test page doesn't work well even with Shanjian's test build in bug 160547.

By following html standard, is it legal that a single byte dot "." in the
beginning of line in CJK pages?
