Steps to reproduce:

Open the Developer Tools settings panel, scroll down to the Theme field

Actual results:

There are two options "Dark" and "Light"

Expected results:

There should be a third option to use the system theme which determines automatically, based on the operating system's theme or appearance setting, whether to use a light or dark theme for the dev tools. Changing the system appearance from light or dark mode should automatically update the theme in the Firefox dev tools.
