We originally were gonna ship keyboard control for PiP in all releases, but there has been some reported breakages -- Netflix being one of them. While the original plan was to release this to a wider audience so we can get more information about breakages since Nightly is a small sample size, we will be looking to make a safer bet by just holding this in Nightly for now.
