Details

This was reported on webcompat,

As the reporter said:

Using default Direct3D 11 renderer on Intel graphics (driver 26.20.100.7262) makes the site unusable. Scrolling is too slow, GPU usage is constantly at 100%, VRAM usage rises, switching to this tab is very slow (spinner in center). Other browsers doesn't have this issue, switching gfx.webrender.enabled to "true" in about:config fixes the problem.

Here's profiler output (all extensions disabled, other tabs except webcompat closed, browser restarted): https://perfht.ml/2vskTxb

Just opening here for information.
