I go to this page and I lookup a few words.  I just get the same page back.  This page works with netscape.  I am using Oct 11 nightly build of mozilla.  all other form submision worked fine today.

The http_webster as two ?? at the end when submitted. Navigator 4.61 shows only
a single ? at the end of http_webster. If I paste the url string from Navigator
4.61 into apprunner it works.
It also works if I remove one of the ?? following http_webster.

This page specifies a href which ends in ?.
The solution is to only add the ? only if the href does not end in a ?.
