We have manifest identifiers such as Z:\task_1580434589\build\tests\marionette\tests\testing\marionette\harness\marionette_harness\tests\unit-tests.ini or /Users/cltbld/tasks/task_1580435791/build/tests/marionette/tests/testing/marionette/harness/marionette_harness/tests/unit-tests.ini in errorsummary.log files.

Consistently use the relative path, with posix path separators, as the logging ID
used for tests and manifests.
