User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:72.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/72.0
Steps to reproduce:
I entered Responsive Design Mode, then exited Responsive Design Mode.
Actual results:
Upon exiting Responsive Design Mode, a text-select teardrop control appeared below the cursor.
Expected results:
The teardrop control should have appeared only during Responsive Design Mode (it did not). Instead, it appeared after I exited Responsive Design Mode. Please see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/60116734/what-is-this-indicator-underneath-the-cursor-in-firefox.

The problem seems to only affect contenteditable
s, and goes away when you refresh.
