161397 - Cannot move mail in to newly created folder through context menu

After creating a new folder in one of my inboxes, this folder does not appear in
the right mouse button context menu under the "move to" option. It does appear
under the "copy to" option.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create new folder under Inbox (used my 1st account e-mail account)
2.Open right mouse button context menu
3.Go to "move to" (this newly created folder is not present as part of Inbox)
4.Go to "copy to" (this newly created folder is present as part of Inbox)

Actual Results:  Newly created folder is not present under Inbox.

Expected Results:  Newly created folder should be present under Inbox.

Drag and drop to this newly created folder does work :)
