Noticed this while investigating slowness reports --
Steps to reproduce:
- load https://www.taringa.net/global
- Scroll down page
What happens:
The top blue header disappears and reappears.
Expected result:
The top blue header remains sticky, as it does on my Pixel 2.
I am running the latest GeckoView Example.

The header appears to be garden variety position: fixed

A reduced testcase might be useful here.

Pixel 2 should get WebRender; could you confirm in about:support? I don't think the Moto G would get unless you forced it on however (confirm as well please). So I assume WebRender fixed the problem somehow.

My Pixel 2 is using WebRender, the Moto G is not.
