RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1405282

People

(Reporter: panos.stokas, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:72.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/72.0

Steps to reproduce:

Tried to drag the maximized Firefox window by moving the mouse on top of the screen.

Actual results:

Clicking to drag the maximized Firefox window results to dragging tabs instead. That's not a problem when I have a few tabs open, but when the entire tab bar is occupied, the only area I can click to drag is a small space between the rightmost tab and the standard Windows minimize/restore/close buttons.

Expected results:

By allowing a couple pixels of empty space on top of the tab bar on the maximized window, I would be able to move the mouse pointer on top of the screen and easily click to drag the window.

This is something I've been doing with a custom userchrome.css but since I updated to Quantum I stopped using my tweaks. This is the only tweak I'm still missing because it makes Firefox easier to use.
