Steps to reproduce:

Go to http://roundtable.kein.org/sites/roundtable.kein.org/files/2017-07/Weizman_lethal%20theory_2017_0.pdf

Actual results:

See attached screenshots, the PDF rendering is corrupted.

Expected results:

If you open the same link in Safari, it renders correctly.

Works for me. Please check if you can reproduce the problem in a new profile:

1. Enter about:profiles into the address bar.
2. Click the Create new profile button and name it whatever.
3. Click the Set as default profile button underneath your original profile to prevent Firefox from starting with the blank one by default.
4. Click the Launch profile in new browser button underneath the new profile.
