I looked a bit into this and think it's related to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1611168
There was already a PR trying to fix this issue a while ago: https://github.com/mozilla-services/mozilla-pipeline-schemas/pull/490
However, I think the part of the schema that needs to be changed is:

I can open a PR for this.
