I looked into this issue in:
https://console.cloud.google.com/bigquery?sq=630180991450:cc515f5eac0d478ea570bc8cdcc3a2c3
It looks like clients running Fennec version 68.4.2 (build 20200117153614) and Fennec version 68.5 (build 20200129152609) are mainly affected. The timestamp for those is null.

I don't think we use the saved_session ping for much these days, setting to P3.
