Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a few tabs in the browser.
  2. Open the tab manager menu.
  3. Duplicate a tab using its context menu.

Actual results:

The duplicate tab can be seen in the tab browser but not tab manager menu.

Expected results:

The duplicate tab should be present in the list of tabs in tab manager menu as well.

I am unable to reproduce on Ubuntu 18.04 with Nightly 74.0a1 (2020-02-10). Can you provide more information about the specific steps to reproduce this bug?

I don't think this relates to Nightly 74.0a1 as this bug occurred when context menu was integrated into the Tab manager. Are you duplicating the tabs through the Tab Manager context menu?

You can only reproduce this in Firefox 75 and later. You need to use context menu that was added in bug 356980.
