Details 
The entire site is comprised of tables, but the 2nd row from the top and bottom
are improperly rendered.  Compare how Mozilla renders this page with how IE4,
IE5, or Netscape 4 renders it and you see the quite obvious problem.  The page
looks ugly and it shouldn't. : )
