User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:72.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/72.0
Steps to reproduce:
watch streams from Microsoft Mixer website
Actual results:
Streams only stutter when player using Low Latency mode(Default)
Expected results:
I've compare the FF and Chakra engine base Edge Browser
on Edge, there's no stutter when watching Low Latency Mode.
i wasn't tested from other browser, and dunno which part (FTL protocol or Video playback) is cause the problem.

Hi, jya,
this is an low latency issue as well, and wonder if you have any idea about this one.

whenever this has happened in the past, it was to do with the timestamps and duration being returned that were invalid when low latency was turned on.
it has required several workaround to identify the differences on why it happened, or simply hack it to make an exception

Thanks for reporting hong620.
On average, how long do you need to watch a stream before noticing the issue?

Thanks for reporting hong620.

not much take time to experience that issue, almost instant that with start to view the streams.
you can reproduce with any video streams that use FTL on mixer right now.
acctual webcam footage one are much easier to visible this stutter issue then usual game streams
but this is late night time here so i couldn't pick those right now.
feels like little force reversed frame mixing but i'm not sure how to define this issue exactly.

re-encode to 30frame video by youtube/gdrive would be hard to notify the issue to check.
i think just describe about 'open anythings on mixer right now and check side by side' is enough for other peoples.
also, i'm not a owner or host of those streams but seems there's no issues to share those i guess.
(broadcast streams are already in 'okay to share' state in law right?)

i think we're okay to close this issue,
Microsoft settle to shutdown the Mixer Services.
and there's no further announce of FTL stream over web browser, and.. in current state of XCloud, they seems deliver stream from own native applications only, not trough web browser as well.
