Details

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install uBlock Origin.
  2. Enable Fission and restart.
  3. In uBlock Origin's toolbar button menu, select "Enter element zapper mode ⚡" or "Enter element picker mode".
  4. Mouse over the web page and try to select a page element.

Expected result

Page elements will be highlighted as your mouse over them. You can click to zap or pick them.

Actual result

Nothing happens. Page elements are not highlighted. You cannot zap or pick them. If you open a new Non-Fission window, the element zapper and picker then work correctly.

Tracking for Fission Nightly (M6) because uBlock Origin is a popular extension.

Extensions support for Fission is a little up in the air right now, this is not exactly P2.

Yep! uBlock Origin's element picker and zapper work correctly with Fission in 81 Nightly. Closing this bug as fixed.
