Splitting bug 1612528 in chunks as renaming everything all at once is quite stressful.

See bug 1612528 comment 3 and followings as there is some discussion about the final name of this class.

Priority: -- → P3

Bug 1614791 will rename both DebuggerServer and DebuggerServerConnection.
What is left to be done is to rename the filename and the require paths of DebuggerServerConnection.

Depends on: 1614791

Most of this was already done in bug 1614791, but we still have
to rename the file and change the require path.
