Steps to reproduce:

1 - Enter and exit Responsive Design Mode.
2 - Select text in standard mode.
3 - Observe selection handles.

Actual results:

RDM handles were visible on selections made after exiting RDM. Refreshing the page clears this.

Expected results:

No handles are shown.

For clarification - this only occurs when touch simulation is on.

I can reproduce. Steps to Reproduce should include that Touch Simulation is on in RDM when it is closed. I'll see if I can find a regression window.

Bug 1432017 seems like a likely culprit. I won't mark it as the regressing bug until and unless I can confirm a rollback patch fixes the problem.
