to "Request an investigation". Upon proceeding to complete the information on
subsequent pages eventually is reached  a blank page
https://www.experian.com/consumer/cac/TermsAndConditions, and further progress
is impossible. Along the way is reached
http://www.experian.com/consumer/cac/01_LoginPrivacyPage.jsp, where IE or 4xp
are recommended.

I'm not a customer of that site, but FYI the first two URLs above no longer seem to be valid.  However, I noticed the "Client Access" drop-down on the right doesn't do anything or respond when I click "Go".

That seems to work OK in a recent Camino nightly. If there's something broken, though, it probably ought to be filed as a new TE bug. I'm going to resolve this one FIXED by site redesign.
