1615444 - Remove media playback telemetry that expired in 74

In bug 1606206 it was decided some playback telemetry is not longer needed following Firefox 74. We can now remove this telemetry from the files. The probes that can be removed are:

• MEDIACACHESTREAM_LENGTH_KB
• MEDIA_PLAY_PROMISE_RESOLUTION
• AUDIO_TRACK_SILENCE_PROPORTION

and these.

Clearing NI as I've picked this up again.

For posterity, bug 1482259 added a lot of code that I'm about to remove (AUDIO_TRACK_SILENCE_PROPORTION) -- in case we ever want that code back I'm referencing it here so it's easy to find.

The other removals involve touching less code and should be easier to trace if we ever want to restore them.

Removes

• MEDIACACHESTREAM_LENGTH_KB
• MEDIA_PLAY_PROMISE_RESOLUTION
• AUDIO_TRACK_SILENCE_PROPORTION

and all the code I could find that was specific to reporting these values via
telemetry.

and associated code.
