Request Description
As part of bug 1609266, the Developer Productivity team is going to be overhauling the the emails sent from Phabricator (the tool all Firefox developers - hundreds of employees - use for code review). The majority of developers within the company interact with Phabricator emails on a day-to-day basis.
We are doing a large push to improve the emails based on user feedback, and this work is expected to take most of Q1 2020. I would like to measure user satisfaction before and after deploying the new email system.
Deadline
I'd like to have a before and after view so we can see the effects of the changes, and I'm guessing that we'll be deploying the new emails in mid-march.
