161550 - Please add the keyword "TBSTACKWANTED"

We can add this keyword if a bug has a TB ID and we need a stack trace.
The Talkback Team (Tom Greer) will add the needed stack traces. (every 1-3 days)

This keyword will avoid that we request a stack twice from different people and
also that the request is lost (TB IDs are useless after 30 days).

I have currently my own list of bugs with a TB ID because i don't want to ask
the reporter for a new ID after 30 days. (I saw many bugs recently with old IDs)

This keyword is a workaround about the fact that our main triage people can't
access the talkback database.

haveTBid? if we're not going to recycle stackwanted for this purpose, then i'd
kind of like to consider avoiding a similar keyword.

although the advantage of tbstackwanted is that someone could mark a bug as
stackwanted and when a tb incident is found change the keyword by prefixing it
w/ tb ... hrm...
