We added a new PKCS11 module to the Mac build; it's about 200kB. This is the Mac implementation of Bug 1591269 which enables Firefox on OSX to be used in enterprise environments where it's currently banned. It's not going to get any bigger.
Yes, this is an expected result. I'm going to close this as wontfix.
