Ah - I thought she picked you to approve, but I see you're not her manager. And her manager isn't on Bugzilla :(

Heather - please fill out all of comment 0 (you can edit it), in particular the teams you need to be on. (You may need to ask colleagues about which teams you need.) also have the team maintainers approve this request by commenting in this bug.

Aha! If it just needs an "approval" I can approve for access to the Mozilla Github org, since she's working with my teams (especially Hubs).
