Steps to reproduce:

I tried to acknowledge the announcement that 'this is a production instance' on bugzilla.mozilla.com, failed to do so.

Actual results:

I blocked it with uBlock, blocking any new announcements, was told after that clicking it dismisses it. Turns out clicking it 3 times in a row dismisses it.

Expected results:

Click on it one time to ack or add a button that explicitly says 'Acknowledge' or an 'x' button.
