问题描述：
使用IE打开我们的应用 ，登录应用系统成功，不做任何操作，长时间保持就会出现IE崩溃。

Actual results:

出现了IE崩溃现象，提示信息如下：
糟糕了。您的标签页崩溃了。

Expected results:

预期结果：
应用页面可以正常访问。

The oldest supported version is Firefox 68.5.0esr. Ideally, check if the problem occurs in the latest Nightly.

   抱歉，上一次about:crashes输错了，但是在输入正确的情况下 系统也是报 无效的地址，其他的 about: plugins , about:memory 等 均正常显示

= "Your tab crashed". Triaging to Core :: Layout for investigation. Apparently there's nothing in about:crashes even when typed correctly (because the Mozilla crash reporter is disabled in builds supplied by Linux distributions). Only someone who can analyze the attached crash dumps can figure out what the problem is.

ESR 52 isn't supported, and very old. I don't think this is worth spending time on unless the crash also occurs in a recent build.
Does the crash also occur in a Nightly build? (https://nightly.mozilla.org/)
What web page did you visit when the crash occurred?

I would strongly recommend that you find a way to upgrade Firefox to a newer version. ESR 52 has known security vulnerabilities, see

We backport security fixes only to the latest ESR version. But that also requires that you regularly push out security updates to your installed base to include those fixes of course.
