No. The data collection reviews cover PRESSHELL_LAYOUT_TOTAL_MS_PER_TICK (bug 1578319) and REFRESH_DRIVER_TICK_PHASE_WEIGHT (bug 1568107) but not the other three probes from bug 1571612. Please request a data collection review with the long form to describe these collections (either on bug 1571612 or here).
