This is a metabug to track position adjustments we need to make to sites for the Picture-in-Picture toggle. These adjustments are done via the webcompat add-on.

We have more tickets pertaining to the PiP toggle, especially when it interferes with video settings and opens the PiP window. Rather than re-creating a new meta bug, I'm thinking of grouping those tickets here instead.
