Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open "Options".
  2. Set "Always ask" option in "Applications" for "Portable Document Format (PDF)".
  3. Open any site with embedded PDF (e.g. https://pdfobject.com/examples/embed-multiple-PDFs.html).

Actual results:

Embedded PDF won't show up. There's also no prompt asking for type of PDF viewer.

Expected results:

PDF should ask for prefered viewer or open it with Firefox embedded PDF viewer if it's not possible.
